Broad carrier coverage, a usable free tier, published prices, and a clean lookup experience. For a team that needs to check a container a few times a week, this is close to ideal and hard to beat on cost.

Why teams look around

The pressure usually arrives with volume. Once you are running a hundred active containers, lookup stops being the job and exception management becomes the job.
